I saw another "state of Star Trek" article that built its entire thesis around "They need to listen to the fans" and I'm gonna need "the fans" to understand that "what the fans want" in any franchise covers a wide spectrum. There is no way to satisfy "the fans" without upsetting "the fans"

Mark Carney has laid out a vision to protect Canada's digital sovereignty by building our own infrastructure. It would keep our digital information and computing independent from foreign govts, laws, and tech and include domestic data centres, networks, and cloud/local computing. Beautiful!
