My physical labor working dad went to doctors over and over only to be told that it was just aging, just old injuries, maybe just a little asbestos exposure only to eventually be told that it was full blown cancer. So yeah go to the doctor. And don't downplay shit. Exaggerate even.

And i'm saying that as a 5x a week gym goer who doesn't drink and eats healthy 90% of the time. I still go kick it with my doctor at least once a year and more often if something feels off. Don't be so quick to write off your lil aches and pains as normal aging. Get checked.
