I’m sick of this back and forth. Do y’all get it? No one should care what side of the fence they came from or believe in. People are dying and we all should want to fix it. Blaming a swath of people on either side doesn’t do a thing but generate more anger. Add to the solution, not the problem.

Management of the NHS will be brough back under government control by scrapping NHS England and ending the massive levels of administration NHS England causes. Good move! There are important functions at NHS England, but it's staffing levels are HUGE (especially at higher level). 1/2

This morning I posted a photo of a Great Egret taking flight for a short distance. This is the landing (about 20 or 30 feet away). Not a perfect photo, but it was very cold, with high winds, so it is a photo I was delighted to get. Emery Cove Marina, San Francisco Bay. #birds #nature
