The whole reason the video went viral was explicitly because it was not even remotely "heated" and Abdul immediately provided a calm lesson on the Constitution and the problems of bigotry. And this is how CNN frames it? WTF?

If the content management decisions that his platforms make are first amendment protected publisher’s decisions, then he should accept the same liability for every post that appears on them as the NYT accepts for every story it runs
