In essence the loss of the 3xlock for Scottish pensioners will divert funds from Scottish pensioners to fund England's care service to which they will have no access. It's good that England will get a sensible care service but getting Scottish pensioners to pay for the service in England is wrong.

Scotland already has these policies in place. Burnham, like many English politicians, has unabashedly stolen them from Scotland and portrayed them as British when in actual fact they only apply to England. In other words, context is eveything when reporting news on Scottish / English affairs.
