The combined mRNA flu + COVID shot developed by Moderna outperformed *both* standard-of-care vaccines in its ohase 3 trial. Unfortunately, it was scuttled by RFK and cronies. I also got the separate mRNA shots on the same day in the same arm, for the same reason.

This year's flu shot was the first time in two decades I got completely wiped out to the point of having to miss work the next day (and I'm working from home). COVID vax did its usual "cause an acute autoimmune flare" thing, too.

There have been studies showing that Novavax has twice the efficacy MRNA protection wears off approx 3 months out, NV lasts approx 6 months I try to get NV 2x a year **I had my antibodies tested (before a scheduled surgery) 3 mos after Pfizer & 2x, it showed I had zero antibodies/protection🫤

I get mine separately, as well. I got the Novavax shot last time and had virtually no side effects, while the mRNA vaccines always laid me out for a day. I was wondering if I should mix it up and go back to mRNA for this one, but if they're equally effective...
