We have a new neural net that is even more accurate and models pseudoknots: pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC... It is a completely new approach based on reactivity data from chemical mapping. The link to the Github is in the paper or you can try it on Kaggle: www.kaggle.com/code/shujun7...
