yeah, it was kind of was born toxic. the beta ended up attracting a lot of the mean girl types of twitter. i think there's a deep interface issue; it ends up in a spiral constant context collapse, and there's just a textual bareness that is attractive to nerds but doesn't really feel place-like.

The hatred of everyone in red states here is palpable and disturbing... that's where most of the innocent and disadvantaged people are going to get hurt under Trump. Maybe... just don't. Maybe we do care about hungry black kids in the south, old people dying without care or comfort., and ...women.
