As a small business owner, I don't have any employees, but I'm proud to pay the TriMet Tax every quarter. We are huge supporters of public transit in this house. These are the things taxes SHOULD fund, not remodels for a billionaire's sports arena and foreign wars.

Introducing Maple (Mapleton) our newest pet member of the Carpentier family. PJ and Rachel met her at Petco in the adoption area for St Charles Parish. They fell in love quick and I'm a sucker for all the cuties that were involved (my wife, daughter and the kitty). So.. now we've got a new kitty.
