#health #surgery #weight this wasn't the last appt - checking back in 6 mos - and some dispiriting weight talk. Not because he was mean about it but because he's retiring and he was honest about the odds of someone else taking me on without it. And my other knee is actually worse than my first one.

#health #surgery honestly, the first surgery was...I don't know, such a major experience...the thought of doing it again is scary. But not doing it is going to be bad eventually too. I came home and slept for two hours and I'm still pretty beat up about it.
