I’ve lost a lot of the muscle I built over the past 10 years 😅 I do miss the raw physicality. Just so….intense and powerful. Focused. I could train at max intensity for an hour, and feel like I was just getting started. Now I get a good 30, 40 minutes in, and I’m like: “is it nap time yet?” 😴 😂
