FedEx already had a contract with GM for 200+ mile BrightDrop/Chevy delivery vans capable of covering most of their routes. FedEx didn't move forward with the program and GM was forced to shutter the CAMI plant in 2025 due to low demand. There are lots of words to describe that lack of foresight.
