You do understand that a state is not needed for any of the things you listed right? Like not a single one. Every single one can be accomplished by the same communes anarchists are after. Infact a lot of them are already accomplished by similarly sized municipalities.

I *highly* recommend her novel "The Dispossessed". Not because it is an Anarchist Manifesto - it is not. But because it handles Anarchism as a serious thing, with its pros and cons, and separates the human condition from political ideals (all systems work for angels).
