JW a newly subbed GCCX episode, this time it's Bonk's Revenge AKA PC Genjin 2 for the Turbografx 16/PC Engine! @locationscoutsgccx.bsky.social I've only played a couple Bonk games but I love how wacky and cute platformers they are. This one is no exception and will have to be played someday.

Some background: For several years, a copyright troll has been claiming ownership of the game Cookie's Bustle and sending out mass takedowns for anything related to it on the internet. Unfortunately, our digital archive was impacted by this as well, which is why we decided we had to fix this.

JW a newly subbed GCCX episode, this time it's Somer Assault AKA Mesopotamia for the TurboGrafx 16/PC Engine! @locationscoutsgccx.bsky.social This is a strange looking game, where you play a sentient Slinky, beating Zodiac-themed bosses and a sorceress. Might give it a try someday but no rush lol

JW a newly subbed GCCX episode, this time it's Ichidant-R for the Sega Megadrive! @locationscoutsgccx.bsky.social I've actually played the arcade version before thanks to the Sega Ages port you can get on Switch. A pretty challenging mini game collection but its pretty charming and fun.
