I can see this getting out of control, Stolas seeking more and more dangerous encounters. And I can see this being as far as it goes, and the show just lets you sit there with mixed feelings. Uncomfy to watch Stolitz get hurt. But good for Stolas to recognize his wants/needs and find a safe space.

Yeah it's a tricky thing. 🥰🫂🦉 Stolas is seeking to RP punishment, but it's a controlled environment that allows him to process and relieve his emotions. So, the self-loathing IS a motivator. But self-empowerment seems to be a byproduct! 😂 SO FAR he consents, he has control, he's safe and happyish.
