Show PostMy ADHD meds have a common side effect of disturbing your sleep. I'm an extremely heavy sleeper and struggle to wake up so I've never had the side effect before but I was off them for a week and I'm back on them now. I woke up at 5 am 2 days in a row. I'm going crazy
