Concerts in your 30s are so funny. I made sure to stay hydrated, eat, and didn't drink alcohol. Went home to take a shower, do my full skincare routine, and made sure I took my multivitamin and as needed Rx for chronic pain so I wouldn't be bedridden today. lmao BTS comeback concert was amazing!
