In 2025, a majority of S&P 500 CEOs made more in 1 day than the median US worker made the entire year. Meanwhile, the median US worker would need to work 43,154 years to earn what Trump made in 2025 thanks to his crypto scams & various grifts. When I say the system is broken, this is what I mean.

I hopped on the train from Chicago back home to Michigan. I break down why I’m focused on the idea that we should speed up trains between Chicago and Detroit, and Detroit to Toronto! In Michigan we love our cars and driving, but taking the train is a great way to travel, and we can make it better.

Meta’s reason for the shut down was ‘high activity’. I would be willing to bet if it was a MAGA Rally or other GOP event the ‘high activity’ would not have triggered a four hour shut down. I call bullshit! www.commondreams.org/news/no-king...
