Hearth buddy you have got to take a step back on this one. If you want them to grow and take accountability you have to give them some space to do that. Whipping yourself up into a frenzy over them helping to run a bar is not good for anyone. Please take a breather.

Hey I work at the bar that scales in Remy run. In fact, I've seen them put their own money, countless hours of underpaid work, and extreme emotional labor through previous abusive management to keep this bar alive and running as a community space. And I don't agree with anything that you're saying.

This feels like a bit of a disservice to all of the musicians, producers, promoters, etc in New England putting out their work, to say that nine states worth of music is all "stagnant" on the apparent control of one guy at one venue

people fundamentally need to learn to coexist in spaces with folks they don't like. Interpersonal disagreements and being told 'no' is not abuse. Trying to tear down an 87 year old queer space because you don't like someone is truly vile
