My default writing style is like Old Georgian scribes in that I have this unbeatable desire to begin every sentence with ‘And’. Half of editing and proof-reading is getting rid of most of those ‘And’-s.

Made the Lithuanian radioactively pink soup (šàltibarščiai). It was fine, but way too thick for me to call it a soup. More of a dip consistency. The ideal meal is this with Kashmiri salt-tea followed by a piece of some generic strawberry cake.
