I always loved Rocky & Bullwinkle et al because on top of being funny as hell the animation was simple enough for me to go “oh that’s how they made this, wait that means a person made this…that means I could make this…”

i think that shows like Yogi Bear and Rocky & Bullwinkle, cartoon shorts like Gerald McBoingBoing, even something like Dexter's Laboratory, the blueprint is there for economical animation that really small or single-person teams can produce. Those techniques were invented for a reason!
