i left a 4/5 star review for a coffee shop & gave mildly critical feedback about a dish i was served the owner (man) wrote an extremely unhinged multi-paragraph response, & i learned he crashes out in all replies to bad reviews i wish i could share it w/o doxxing myself cuz it is one for the ages
