My dad just called me (while he was out alone on the water in a boat) because he heard my voice say, “Dad?” and he got worried about me. I was like, “Well, I don’t THINK anything is wrong? But thank you for checking on me!!” 😅💖 On top of the other weirdnesses yesterday, I feel a bit anxious, ngl.

I often feel like no one thinks of me when I’m not around and that I am unknown in their world. The joy I find in photography partially comes from putting pieces of myself out into the world in the hope that I’m not forgotten or kept a secret. I want to be loved loudly - even if it’s through my art.

Got a new haircut yesterday! Too tired to style or show it off properly, but here’s a pic—Callan totally gave me the no-bangs hime cut I wanted and it turned into a really cute wavy hime cut after a wash! I’m a happy bean. 🥰 (Thanks again for the stylist connection, @tessajoybringer.bsky.social!)

It appears that the US has allowed a virus to infiltrate our government (Elon Musk and the behind the scenes Peter Thiel). It's as if every dystopian narrative is In play as we speak. Recovery is possible - but very messy.
