It absolutely doesn't matter if someone is guilty of a crime or not. NO-ONE should be removed by govt. to an unfamiliar country, to be beaten in a remote prison with no recourse or due process. No-one.

A lot of understandable anxiety about indefinite detention just now. A gentle reminder that indefinite detention is already actively used in the UK. Often called 'administrative' detention by govt, people are lifted at random, & moved around the detention estate without notice or time limit. (1)
