Kinda sad that 4 years of DP + 3 years of XY + 3 years of SM + 1 year of JN + 1 forced 3 year reboot = 14 years of stagnation. The fact that Ash survived as the protagonist despite every writer going against him is wild. He is a survivor.
Show PostLike no, even as an SM stan, The Tapu Koko victory was not beyond Battle Frontier. Pikachu was involved in both cases, and the trainer was Brandon. So yeah, even that victory is at best equal to Battle Frontier, not beyond.
Show PostActively highlighted Ash's greatest achievement until JN
