I'm heartbroken to see this news of Dr. Raúl Pacheco Vega's passing. He was the model of personal and scholarly generosity, and I'm grateful that his spirit will live on in those he mentored, and that his voice will live on in the resources he produced and shared, but I'm so sad that he is gone.

Same. He was so ready to help anyone who reached out, and his advice was excellent. His blog post on how to write a lit review is an awesome resource for junior scholars. I even shared it with my kids when they were undergrads as a foundation for starting term papers.
