revisiting this morning, and i feel you so much here, seth. life’s too short, the world too bleak for so many of us. tossing around baseless accusations and passing judgments via anon when you know maybe 15% of a person from their social media… it’s pathetic, frankly. thank you for being a real one.

So I don't know how much it helps to hear, but I have been there and come through to the other side where things aren't perfect but they're so much better. It took a lot longer than I would have liked, but it happened. I hope the processing starts getting easier for you soon, Seth

🫂🫂🫂 I don't know if it helps to hear this, but your whole thread resonated so hard with me as like, that was my every day a few years ago when I started EMDR and got serious about trying to process everything. It sucked! It was miserable! But every day isn't like that for me anymore now
