This is the second variation of hot dogs I made this weekend. The recipe called for hot dogs but I swapped them for merguez sausage. They are topped with pickled red onions & tzatziki. I would usually have a pickle on the side but a pickled red pepper seemed a better fit recipe below 1/2 🍽️🍜 #foodsky
