I poach eggs in silicone cupcake liners. I just float the liner on some water in a skillet with a lid. Bring water to a boil, add egg. Voila! 😁👍

My niece sent us some luscious California dates after her visit. #1 did them two ways: Hot and stuffed with almonds and blue cheese, wrapped in prosciutto; and room temp stuffed with fig goat cheese and drizzled with hot honey. 🍽️🍜
