Rigid permit system excludes people + harsh parking ban. Not enough time or $ for outreach & safe lots. It's a "get RVs out of sight" law not the cheery "vehicle resident assistance" law it's marketed as. How exactly does it help anyone to toss people out of an RV onto the streets or into parks?

We all definitely know someone who's had to live in their vehicle at some point. Would you put them thru this ordeal? Or would you at least leave them alone to figure their shit out? Or maybe even actually help them?
