Anyone have any clue why the PC-002 polycap runners—introduced in 2013—tend to have WAY more flash on them on reprints dating back a few years versus, say, the PC-116 runner—introduced in 1996 and used as recently as a reprint of the HGUC Kshatriya just last year—which has virtually none???
