Die Fraktionsdisziplin (vulgo "Klubzwang") im Nationalrat war jüngst Thema. Tatsächlich stimmen Klubs sehr einheitlich ab. Nur bei 2-3% aller Gesetzesbeschlüsse im NR gibt es Abweichungen von der Klublinie (und wenn, dann meistens bei der Opposition).
