Hey Don Your lack of understanding of the first amendment is only eclipsed by how little you understand journalism. Along with the freedom of speech and freedom of assembly there is the freedom to worship. A freedom you actively infringed upon.

​The First Amendment protects the right to protest in public spaces (like sidewalks), it does not grant the right to disrupt private religious assemblies. Churches are private property and it is just place wrong.

There has to be consequences for actions. How many lives and families has he permanently disrupted on no grounds? How many innocent people has he destroyed and terrorized. I have little or no sympathy for someone pretending to be a person of God, more like the Satan.
