Went through this process, same cars, last year. Mazda dealership was THE worst. Love our CRV Hybrid (our sales woman was awesome.)

Just bought the Forester Hybrid on Thursday! Thankfully, our local dealership did the best it could to make us feel welcome with a minimum of vulture behavior.

It’s frustrating when a salesperson seems more interested in their phone than helping a customer. Buying a car should be a transparent, professional experience, with clear answers about the vehicle and financing. If they can’t provide that, they’re not doing their job.
