Show PostI don't think there's a statutory review scheme for the election mail changes that the EO ordered USPS to implement *other* than APA review. Postal Commission applies to rate/service complaints, not a scheme whereby states have to turn over voter lists for USPS to check against mailed ballots.
Show PostAnd, in any case, the implementation of the EO is blocked for *this election* (in the plaintiff states), not future elections. So if it were necessary to challenge the implementation through the Commission, there's time to do it for later elections and then seek judicial review. Again, if necessary.
Show PostOne gets the impression that Republicans see voter fraud everywhere because they are committing voter fraud everywhere.
