Rereading Laura Otis' book Müller’s Lab, I am reminded that the physiologist and anatomist Johannes Müller rented an apartment from GWF Hegel's widow when he moved from Bonn to Berlin in 1833. Hegel was a victim of the 1831 cholera pandemic.
