She seems to think training is some kind of punishment? Training = learning new skills and knowledge. It lets you do a better job for more customers. In what world is that a bad thing?

I stopped her in a speed trap outside a school in Northampton in about 1994. She was in the "you get a warning" range. She was completely obnoxious. After that I was always on the lookout for her car as she lived there (very identifiable number plate) but sadly never caught her.
