Of course it does. And I very much support Ukraine. Are you okay with Ukrainian attacks on Russian infrastructure? I am. I presume that kills civilians on occasion. Even just wars carried out with care kill civilians.

I will say “support Palestine” can include a whole range of actual policies, some I’d support and others that I would not. Support Ukraine seems clearer as to what that actually entails.

Sure, those are great principles in the abstract. The former in practice requires pacifism (unless you only mean intentional targeting). Civilians die in every war. The latter at time demands military action. Supporting Ukraine gets civilians killed. Not supporting Ukraine gets people oppressed.
