Show PostHonestly, given the reframing of bigeneration as non-heterosexual procreation, I kind of love the Rani responding to Mrs. Flood’s suggestion that the Rani is her child be describing it as “the most disgusting thing [she’s] ever heard” while arming her penis bombs in her “bone palace.”

Show PostI love that the early “Alien” franchise is less like an interconnected series than it is a set of vignettes from different directors with distinct viewpoints. Ridley Scott’s “Alien” is closer to “Blade Runner” than James Cameron’s “Aliens”, which is itself closer to “Terminator 2” than to “Alien.”
