The answer is in the book my friend! Wanda re-sparked all magic and let it burn wild. In that sense, yes--she is the "source." But absolutely NOT in the way that stan culture misuses and misunderstands those words--the assumptions they place upon it make it untrue in that sense.

Hey! So, she doesn't do this--she doesn't resist it. And her nexus status is the thing that gives her true freedom, with the ultimate nexus said to have that freedom across all realities. Achieving that role wouldn't make her lose true freedom as suggested here, it would expand upon it.
