@annaleder.bsky.social🧲 #NMR is for small proteins... without the right tools. Our new paper is out now in @jacs.acspublications.org A shared effort with Rajkumar Singh, Anna Kapitonova, Virgil Aitenbichler, @giorgia-toscano.bsky.social, Barbara Perrone and @paulschanda.bsky.social Paper: doi.org/10.1021/jacs... 1/🧵
Show Post📢 Happy to share our latest publication in @jacs.acspublications.org led by Fede Napoli, showing how different #NMR approaches (solution, solid) provide atomic-level insights into a large #enzyme. Advanced methods, elegantly combined. Congrats @iomichiamofede.bsky.social pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/...
Show PostNew in @CommsBio: We discovered a tyrosine motif that creates a switch for J-domain proteins. Phosphorylation of this motif disrupts the fold, causing degradation or loss of Hsp70 activation. Congrats Raju, @annaleder.bsky.social , @chercheurjuteux.com & all coauthors www.nature.com/articles/s42...
Show PostOn my way to @icmrbs2026.bsky.social. From Austria through beautiful Slovenia, and the Dolomites. Looking forward to a nice conference. When I see the terribly dry Alps, I have mixed feelings about these conferences that bring together people from around the world. But clearly, they are useful.
Show PostExtremely honoured to have received the Junior Scientist Publication Award (JSPA) of the @mpibiochem.bsky.social , together with my friend and colleague @niko-dalheimer.bsky.social for our publication in @nature.com on the real-time dynamics of chaperone-substrate interactions in living cells.
