Completely genuine question: I am HAPPY to pay taxes! I want to support my community! But what the fuck are they going to when I can't access ANY healthcare???
Show PostI looked in a portal and the only clinic that said it wasn't private and didn't have a MASSIVE commute (I don't have a car!) was a fucking botox clinic that lied about being free in the government portal (you click through and it says, sike! only the consult is free, the pap is almost 200$) AHHHHHH
Show PostIt's so scary not to have access to consistent care with the same doctor. And I'm relatively privileged! I'm good at navigating bullshit! This is just so unacceptable. I'm sure there are a lot of premature deaths because of this, and that's devastating (and not the fault of the healthcare workers).
