A conservative echo chamber I might add. My parents are insanely conservative and my mom kept her tinfoil hat on at all times.
Show PostBtw when my mom banned all social media from 15 to almost 18 I considered killing myself multiple times because I was cut off from my fandoms and the queer community that brought me joy and instead was stuck in an echo chamber. Some kids don’t get the support they need at home!! Or at school!!
Show PostLike truly the only reason I didn’t was because of my bf and bestie and a couple other irls because my bf is so supportive and bestie and I had our own fandom with our queer OCs and yk we’re queer together. And my other irls had shared fandoms. Thank God for them. Truly.
