Wizards listening to community sentiment and player feedback is great - I'm glad they are willing to give it a go. However, i think game balance and format cultivation being beholden to arbitrary rarity downshifts in a 7 card fomo booster is pretty tragic. Zero game design. All hype. Very sad.

a couple of these popping up around me. weird to go into a store and see zero place for pickup games, just walls of "collectibles." its like they saw the sports-memorabilia-shop model that's mostly just a way for retirees to get out of the house and thought "yeah im doing that for one piece or w/e"
