It’s funny how most of you will wear eyeglasses all day long with no complaints but will burn down a city if asked to wear a mask in a hospital to protect others and help stop the spread of infections that could disable you too, making sure the only time you leave your home is for medical appts.

it can happen to anyone. it can happen to you. acting like it won’t will not preserve your health, your beloved abilities. why risk something so precious all the time? even some masking in public indoor spaces at the very least is better than none.

💯 Every chronic illness I can think of—from MS to diabetes to autoimmunity to POTS to ME to cirrhosis—can be triggered by infection, along with many cancers, & the aging process itself. I suspect the real doozy will be when they finally realize most mental health issues also have ties to infection…
