FWIW until recently I've seen almost no campaign activity from Bill Hill. What he's done in the last few weeks is excellent and very focused, and I'm hopeful that there's still time and room for things to move. I also just received my first anti-Hill flyer from Begich, so maybe that's a sign.

Okay, a quibble: "The most recent…site in Alaska is Shég’ Xdaltth’í’…meaning “They were there” in Alaska Native Athabascan…" What the h*ll is "Alaska Native Athabascan"?? Is there a non-Native Alaska Athabascan? No one says "Sweden Native Germanic"? Why not just say "Middle Tanana Athabascan".

tl:dr is adding a state of the art HSR down I-5 with tons of tunnels could actually be cheaper than adding a lane to the freeway, but with the added bonus of cutting travel times, actually addressing congestion, and reducing carbon, noise, and tire microplastics pollution
