Judge ruled there will be NO continuance. Will proceed as scheduled Oct 21st & 22nd. Each side has 8-10 witnesses. Lists to be exchanged by Monday. Court will not allow any declarations used as testimony. Only events between 2020-2025 will be litigated. #JusticeForMikeMarraccini

Hearing Updates in #LauraMichelleOwens v. Mike Marraccini Omar and Laura present over Zoom (Gingras was not). Judge Gold rules that Laura must appear in person. Witnesses may appear via Zoom. Omar has agreed to withdraw his Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to 473 (without prejudice). (continued)
