The uptick on "vibecoded" AI decomps also means there is a lot of garbage AI stuff floating around constantly that drown out a lot of talks about the good games, or actually human made things going around. It's frustrating, like it takes the oxygen in the room being there.

It's getting so you can't even disconnect and go enjoy niche interests without finding that someone's using AI to just spray manure everywhere because now there's nothing in their way.
Show PostI started out pretty AI neutral, aside from the environmental concerns, but I'm, being pushed into hating it more and more because it keeps making things I care about actively worse, and the results keep speaking for themselves in a really bad shitty way.
