Jay, people can be really awful when they aren't responsible with what they say. This is in regards to users here, as well as you and your very own staff. Transgender people (and cis people) all have gender identity as a protected characteristic, and many Transgender people have been harassed here.

Harassment means receiving, in any kind of form, attacks based on protected characteristics, which is illegal. You, the CEO, are responsible for keeping your platform safe from people who do that. Jesse Singal, who even has a page on GLAAD's website, did such behavior here and was not banned.
