Best nobody tell him about the vast profits energy companies post each year and how, after we sold them all, we see no benefit and we'll always get constant price increases cus companies must always grow. It might be to much for him to take in all at once. Poor guy's not well.

When I look at it, I find that all crumbling infrastructure is run by companies hell bent on profit at the expense of investment. It is really simple: State-owned = customer and all money going back in. Private = adding a third party into that process .... a leech.
